Terrible customer service and I believe it had to do with me trying to cancel reservation after realizing I booked the hotel in wrong city. I complained to customer service and the guest agent at hotel was not pleased. My tv didn’t work and she even scolded me the morning of my checkout. I am never booking any type of stay with the Marriott because of the way they handled my complaint initially because if they would have granted my cancellation without charging me the entire amount this could have been avoided. I made them aware of the agent’s behavior before checking in, but they ignored me.

The hotel was so dirty. Our bathroom had clumps of hair in the shower, fridge was not cleaned out or the cabinet it was in. Utensils and crumbs were left. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom and the pool area was filthy. Plates and broken utensils littered the whole area. Was not impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly, but I'd much prefer to know my room was clean.

I was there for a week and my wife stayed with me at the Marriott while I went to a training school each day. Overall we liked our stay. Housekeeping could have been better/
But overall wasn't terrible . She offered to leave the room for them to clean But instead she was handed garbage bags to put in the cans. Coffee was never restocked in our room only once. But I walked to the front desk And got coffee and cups. Air conditioner in the room was noisy but kept room cool.loved fittness room and washers/ dryer did great and was cheap to use. Would i stay there again? Yes i would.

It is still a great stay, there’s just things that need work. The weeds growing everywhere; the pool was nasty during my stay. I haven’t stayed at this location for about 6 years so things have changed a little but it is still a great location overall. Thanks for my stay

I didn't get the room that I booked and I dont believe that it was for the same price. The room i was given didnt look anything into comparison for the room i paid for.

The bed was very comfortable but the overall hotel needs updating. I paid extra for a balcony but could not sit out there because of how dirty it was. They don’t give the balconies any attention. The clerk when I first arrived early said she would call me when my room was ready and she didn’t. And there is no way they should be charging for the breakfast it should be complimentary.
